Jak and Daxter Cosplay Ears TUTORIAL by Doryfoo Jak and Daxter Cosplay Ears TUTORIAL by Doryfoo
I promised :iconnami01: this tutorial months ago.

This is how I make my ears for my Jak cosplays.
Sorry its all hand written. I only have a program called ArtRage and it doesn't have a text box option. So if you can't read my handwriting just ask if there is anything you cant understand.

I mentioned Worbla's Finest Art Thermoplastic in the tutorial, here's what it is and where I buy it from: www.coscraft.co.uk/3-plastics-…
I live in the UK so this is a UK site, but it wont take much Google searching to find out if it is sold near where you live.

I hope this helps with your huge cosplay ear needs! :meow: It will work for pretty much any big eared characters.

Thanks for this.

Maybe I could use just small strips of that worbla along the ridge of the ears to make it only somewhat floppy (like in the game).

How heavy are they, I was wondering if I could have it open at the end to slide it onto my ear.

Sounds like a good idea with the worbla.

The ears are only craft foam and hot glue so they are really light so it could be
possible to put them over your own ears with maybe a little bit of spirit gum to
hold them in place.

Sweet.
Thank you for this. This is the closest I've seen to what Jak's ears actually look like in the game.
